Terms and Conditions

• All prices are quoted in South African Rands [ZAR]
• Double room rates charged at up to 20% discount
• CHECK IN from 14h00, and CHECK OUT by 11h00. Reception open from 08h00 to 20h00 daily. Early or late arrivals or departures by arrangement only
• Tariffs are quoted per person per night and include amenities for a self catering breakfast
• No pets are allowed on the premises
• A light dinner can be served upon pre-booking, 12 hours in advance
• All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking – A cleaning fee will be levied for non compliance
• Reservations are confirmed by e-mail once availability has been confirmed
• Final booking confirmation will only be guaranteed once valid card details have been received
• A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount will be required to secure the booking
• In the event of a cancellation 30 day prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non refundable
• For non-cancellations and non arrivals, the full room rate will be levied
• 224 on Kent is not responsible for any injuries, damages or losses to any persons or belongings
• A booking confirmation will be e-mailed back to you shortly and request for credit card details to secure the reservation
